Sandals for Summer
The day is hotter and hotter. I bought one pair of sandal online. It is said just because something’s on trend doesn’t mean you should wear it. A great pump can lengthen the look of your leg, but an ankle strap can make you look heavier, while a flat can be altogether stunting, depending on your body type.
For me, I can only wear flats. The shoes I bought online is beautiful but a little hard in the bottom. It make me uncomfortable. So I want to get a refund. I think the shoes need to make you comfortable before make you feel fashion and trendy.

I Like Sweet Foods

Get Out for Happy
It's weekend and I want to go out alone. I need to be calm to think about the relationship with me and my husband.
Get out and smeel the roses people! Sunshine, nature spots away from the city , green space,beautiful scenery, take pictures or paint and imbeds in our memory. Being in a place that takes us away from the concrete jungle.
He is a perfect husband I agree because he is careful and think a lot for me. All he done is to make sure me and our baby is all ok. I really appreciate for this. This is really small pieces things in the life I should not remember in heart. Be positive. Life long, some road only stick to it, to see it the most beautiful real.

I Want to Take Out the Negative Energy
I am pregnancy and will have a baby in 40 days. I want to visit my grandma a week later, which will take me about 3 hours on the way. My husband do not agree with me because he afraid I would be too tired.
"I will ask the doctor and follow her advice." I told my husband yesterday night. He still against and exploded. It annoys me. I feel that something is not OK, even though he became nicer and polite after that, I feel I cannot stand him. I feel I lowed my guard and that I became weaker with him no matter what I do to be stronger. I think that he transmitted me his negative vibes and that I am dealing with them, and no matter what I do, I cannot taken them off me.
I do not want to pick up his phone till he apologize to me. I pretend to forgive him but I know the problem is still between us. I do not know what to do.

Upgrade your pajamas
Except eating right and exercising, we need finding small, simple ways to take care of ourselves and feel good about ourselves. One of the simplest ways out is: Upgrade your pajamas.
Your bed is simply for sleeping and for sex. Its uses should be limited, doesn’t mean the bed isn’t important. Wearing your old college sweatshirt to bed, your boyfriend’s favorite T-shirt or yesterday’s clothes doesn’t necessarily do much for your self-esteem. And if you choose to sleep with someone else, getting into bed in these old, most likely too big and unflattering clothes does not do much to inspire romantic thoughts and behaviors.
Good habits beget better habits, and confidence breeds confidence. The same holds true in the bedroom. Wearing something soft and comfortable can also be flattering and sexy. So even if you are too tired to contemplate snuggling with your partner, or if you’re upset about those extra snacks you ate today, put all that aside.

Delicious Spring Salad Recipes
Watercress, Strawberry and Almond Salad with Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
4 cups trimmed watercress
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds, roasted
4 shallots, sliced thinly, or 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
Place watercress, strawberries, almonds and shallots in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey and salt; whisk in olive oil until smooth and uniform. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.

Food to Eat During Pregnancy
Eating healthily while you are pregnant is good for many reasons - it is healthy for your baby, for your body and it means that you'll have a healthy eating pattern when your baby arrives.There are certain foods in particular that you should focus on.
Carbohydrates
If you don't have carbs at the moment, make sure you do while pregnant. Brown or mixed bread is better.
Protein
It's really important to eat plenty of protein when you are pregnant because there's lots of cell production going on and protein helps this. Protein helps things to grow and it helps the healing process. Meat and fish are really good, if you're a vegetarian try to eat more pulses and seeds that are rich in protein.
Fruit and Veg

Shopping Online
It's convenient for me to order online for goods I need especially after pregnant. I do not like the crowed people in the street and the noise on the local shops. It's convenient and easy to shop online but you could not identify whether the quality is good or not just by the picture. The color differences and not satisfy with the fabric sometimes make me crazy.

Peppermint Foot Scrub

I always tell my friends my brain is frozen after pregnant. I forgot to take the cell-phone or the keys when go out. I could not remember what I was asked to do. Pregnancy
Growing a baby for 9 months will take a whole lot of energy and a massive toll on your body - it's no easy feat making another human being! No-one will escape is tiredness in pregnancy.
Excessive tiredness is common during the 1st trimester of pregnancy because of the hormonal changes, and the nausea and sickness which reduce your food intake.
It's also possible at the end of pregnancy, especially if you're sleeping badly, expecting twins, already have other children to look after, etc.
Tiredness in pregnancy is totally normal, but if you find yourself feeling constantly run down and never wanting to get out of bed it can be hard to think about anything else.
Try to rest as much as you can throughout your pregnancy. And ask your partner, family, friends or neighbors to help out with household tasks and shopping.
An iron supplement is often recommended during the last two trimesters of pregnancy, particulary when pregnancies have been close together or if you're expecting twins. Speak to your doctor or midwife who will advise you on any supplements you may need to take.

You know your day would be way more efficient if you could just drag yourself out of bed before work and fit in your workout. But executing this healthy plan is way easier said than done. If you’re looking for more motivation to get up and get moving, a new study from Northwestern Medicine might give you that extra push.
The April 2014 study of 54 participants (men and women with an average age of 30) found that people who got the majority of their daily light exposure in the morning had a significantly lower BMI than those who didn’t get much exposure until later in the day.
This connection was independent of each person’s physical activity level, caloric intake, sleep timing, age or season. Researchers point to sunlight’s role in regulating our circadian rhythm as the explanation for its effect on BMI.
"Light is the most potent agent to synchronize your internal body clock that regulates circadian rhythms, which in turn also regulate energy balance," says study senior author Phyllis C. Zee, M.D. "If a person doesn't get sufficient light at the appropriate time of day, it could de-synchronize your internal body clock, which is known to alter metabolism and can lead to weight gain.”
If you spend the majority of your day sitting inside at a desk, you know how tough it is to squeeze in some sun. And although indoor lighting counts, most people work in poorly lit environments, making it hard to reach the minimum threshold that researchers say will help lower BMI.
This connection between light and BMI has potential to open up new weight loss strategies. “Just like people are trying to get more sleep to help them lose weight, perhaps manipulating light is another way to lose weight,” says co-lead author Kathryn Reid, research associate professor of neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Important Habits for Better Sleep
As many as 70 million suffer from chronic sleep disorders, and nearly a third of Americans get less than the recommended seven to nine hours of sleep per night. This is a common issue for so many people, and it goes so much deeper than feeling groggy at work. How much we sleep is right up there with what we eat, our stress levels, and how much we exercise on the list of things that have been shown to impact our health, our wellness and, yes, how we look. If you’re tired, it shows.
Try to follow this to make you sleep better:
1. Go to bed at the same time every night. OK, realistically this is not always possible, but if you can try to go to bed at approximately the same time every night, within a half hour, you’ll start to train your mind and body that this is bedtime, time to go to sleep.
2. Get up at the same time every day. Yes, this one is tough, too. No sleeping in on Saturdays. If you can get up approximately the same time everyday, then again, you can train your mind and body when to be awake, and when to sleep.
3. The bed is just for sex and sleeping. Forget reading, forget watching TV, forget checking your phone. Your bed has only two functions: sex and sleep. You want to break any other behavioral associations and reinforce this simple rule. Also, the light from your devices’ screens blocks the production of melatonin, a brain chemical that’s crucial for falling asleep.
4. Get out of bed if you can’t sleep. If you wake up during the night and can’t get back to sleep within 20 minutes, or if you find yourself running through tomorrow’s to-do list instead of nodding off, then get up. Go into another room, read a book or fold laundry. Just do something in a different space. When you get sleepy (and you will!), then go back to your bed and try to go back to sleep.
5. Plan ahead. You can start earlier in the day or evening to tee up optimal conditions for falling asleep. Avoid caffeine after mid-afternoon, as well as alcohol near bedtime. Try to exercise earlier in the day, so your body has ample time to wind down. Try to give yourself a couple hours between dinner time and bed time. A large meal right before bed can be very disruptive. But a calming cup of warm milk might help—or a nice warm bath or shower before bed. After the initial heat up, your body will cool down, which is a physiological sign of sleepy time.
