Cakes, sweet fruits, sugars, I like sweet foods during my pregnancy time no matter it is clearly not the best choice for your diet. In fact, the ubiquity of candy summons a monsterlike sugar craving in all of us—which can be more terrifying than the latest slasher flick when it comes to sticking to a weight loss plan.
It is suggested the weight gain about 35 pounds from gregnant to have the baby. My weight gain too much. So I will control diet for health. I need less candy and more Protein.
